Currently the home is heated with a wood burning fireplace but if you're looking to rehab separate baseboards with its own thermostat in each room is how most homeowners heat their home here. You could also run duct work since all the drywall is down. The township requires each home to have 2 acres so if purchased to subdivide you could sell off the lots to recoup your money and rehab the current home for your own retreat. The home is structurally sound and needs some love and a heating system installed.
