The Living Room is directly off of the kitchen and is very large! It has a great bay window and lots of room for furniture placement with brand new carpeting and a mini split for Air and heat. New carpeting follows into the hallway. From the Living Room you will come to the office. It also has great light and is perfect for an office or a nursery. Further down the hallway you will find a nice sized bathroom. From there you will find the 2nd bedroom on the left and the primary on the right. The 2nd bedroom is of nice size but the Primary is huge! This is a great apartment and will not last long! Landlord will not lease to anyone with a credit score under 600 or that has a criminal background. Landlord will run the credit report.
