In 2018 I had the pleasure of showing this property to a wonderful couple who ended up being the proud new owners of this house. They told me they were going to do a few things to the house and that they couldn't wait to go to settlement and get started. Add the brick pointing to the side of the house (2019) and the replacement of the chimney bricks (2019) and I just changed the grade to an A++! Ready to go inside? I bet you are! The living room is bright and airy and large enough to enjoy hanging out with friends and family. Through the archway is a wonderful spacious dining room. Go ahead and invite the gang over...plenty of room to entertain. The kitchen is clean as a whistle with plenty of cabinetry. FYI...the dishwasher was replaced in 2018 and the other appliances are all in good condition. A side door in the kitchen makes it easy to park in the driveway and carry in your groceries. A nice sized window above the stainless steel sink allows you to look out onto the beautiful deck and back yard. Open the sliding glass doors in the kitchen and step out onto a beautiful wood deck that overlooks a private fenced-in yard. The deck was painted and some wood boards replaced in 2020. You're ready to BBQ!(BBQ included!) Walk down a few steps and and you just entered a lush green oasis. With its gorgeous green grass, beautiful flower bed and a vegetable garden, it's the perfect back yard for the green thumb enthusiast. Sit on the swing, (yes, it's staying!) relax and envision the possibilities. Back inside, 3 nice sized bedrooms and a ceramic tile full bath with single sink and storage underneath completes the 2nd level. In 2018, all floors were sanded and polyurethaned and the entire house was painted. Does it get any better than this? It sure does!
